Shopping basics

No, there are no shipping costs. We offer free shipping as standard!

To offer free shipping, we ship directly from our warehouse. Not only is this mode of transportation healthier for our planet because we reduce fuel emissions, it is also safe from COVID-19 and allows us to offer our BABES a fair price while maintaining the same quality.

– The delivery takes an average of 6 – 10 working days.
*Due to high demand and the current covid-19 situation, a slight delay in delivery time may occur (12 working days max). All packages are delivered 100%, but it may take longer. Thanks for your understanding and patience.

– We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as easy as possible for our customers “BABES”. However, if you have any questions or further concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. Below we explain how your order will be processed and delivered

– After processing your order you will receive a Track & Trace code from us on your email. This takes about 3 days. It is also possible to look up your order with order number and e-mail address here, as soon as this information is available.

We do our best to avoid additional costs by paying taxes in advance. In extremely rare cases, local customs may charge additional fees. We have no control over this and are not responsible for any import duties or taxes added to your package.

Shipping & Returns

Yes, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition. Please contact us at Support@caredelux.com to register your return.

– Depends on the refund process but in all cases that’s can’t depass 5 – 6 business days.

– About the money it can take up to 5 business days for a refund to be received, depending on your bank.

– As we work with a fully automated system, orders are executed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund is not possible upon receipt of the goods.

– To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us CARE DELUX by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The revocation is completed when we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer
